Congratulations,
Your Pregnant!
Whether this
was a planned baby or you were surprised, you should feel great.
At least emotionally, even if you are feeling some of the discomfort
pregnancy symptoms, embrace this great experience. Look at everything
you do (and eat) as a chance to do something really good for your
unborn child. First things first you must get a pregnancy book.
Even if you can only read a little at a time get yourself emerged
into the whole experience.

What
is Really Happening
| Pregnancy is more
then all the medical stuff that you look up. Take a second to
grasp the thought that you are a parent. This is a time when
you have an opportunity to do what is best for your child and
it is all up to you. Your child can't do anything to hurt themselves.
They are not going to misjudge a jump over a small creek, they
are not going to eat too much junk food after school or party
too hard and miss midterms. They are solely relying on you to
make the right decisions and all you have to do is take care
of them. The truth is, pregnancy is eating
well, exercising, getting the proper
rest and feeling happy. |

Be
Happy
Pregnancy
can be extremely stressful, but it is important to be happy, relaxed
and enjoying your life as much as possible. Emotions will run high
and it may seem like you can not control when or why you cry. Hang
in there and think about how pleasant your baby feels when mommy
is happy. So do something for your baby and don't worry, instead
be happy.
