One of the
most common gifts to give a baby, toddler and child is a stuffed
animal. For some reason they are very popular. By the time that
your child is 1 you may find that they have a dozen stuffed animals.
Toys in general will quickly accumulate and you will soon discover
that you need storage for all of these items.
The great
thing about toy storage is that when toys are not in use you can
have the play area tidy. Simple storage that doesn't have a lot
of restrictions and rules to what particular toys it can store
will help make for a fast and easy clean up. Don't waste time
sorting toys all day long, your baby is likely going to pull them
out again anyway.
As for the
stuffed animals, limit the amount that you get for your baby.
Try and store them at a level of sight but out of reach. Allow
your child to play with their stuffed animals and even keep a
couple special ones with in reach, but remember you'll have dozens
before you know it and having to keep putting them away will become
very tiring.
